What got homes sold last year isn’t cutting it in this market 😬

⬆️ Available inventory is rising

⬇️ Urgency to buy has dropped

⏱️ Buyers are taking their time, negotiating hard and expecting more value for the price (rightfully so!)

Homes are still selling, but the ones that move quickly have a strategy.
