But it shouldn't be your strategy.

An app can't walk through your home and tell you what buyers will notice first. It can't tell you why one street in a neighborhood sells faster than another. And it definitely can't capture the feeling of a community, the traffic patterns, the schools, or the little details that influence a home's value.

Plus, sites like Zillow often rely on data that can lag behind what's happening in the market. As a REALTOR®, I have direct access to the MLS, giving my clients the most up-to-date information available.

Technology is a helpful tool... Local expertise is what turns information into a successful sale!

🚫 Why I would NEVER live in this house... 🚫

First of all, there's WAY too much natural light. What am I supposed to do, wear sunscreen in my living room? ☀️

And those giant telescoping glass doors? Absolutely not. I don't need my indoor and outdoor spaces blending together like some luxury resort.🌴

The kitchen is a nightmare too. A Thermador appliance package, built-in Miele coffee maker, and walk-in pantry? Sounds like I'd never have an excuse to order takeout again! 🥡

Don't even get me started on the heated pool, covered patio, built-in grill, Sonos sound system, and smart home controls. Apparently I'm expected to entertain friends and family all year long?

And the primary suite? Dual shower heads, spa-like finishes, a makeup vanity, and a huge walk-in closet. Honestly, it sounds exhausting being that comfortable.🧖🛀

So no... I could never live here. 😉 But do you think you could?
