One of the best parts about working in real estate is when you get to help friends and family. This beautiful home is located in Chimney Hill and is one of my favorite areas in the city due to its close proximity to I-35, Hafer Park, and all of the mature trees in East Edmond. Located across the street from Denniston Park in OKC, this small craftsman style home will be getting a much deserved transformation! My wife and I fell in love with this park and neighborhood in 2020 when we bought and restored our mid century modern home next door. Last year we began renovating this beautiful historic mansion in my wife’s hometown of Sulphur, OK. Sadly, it was hit by the tornado that destroyed most of downtown Sulphur in April. Located across from the Chickasaw National Recreation Area and on the national historic registry, we are doing everything we can to save the remaining building and restore this beautiful house and downtown! Please follow along as we navigate this massive undertaking to rebuild the downtown.
