This is a great first-time home buyer opportunity in Moore! Seller's are offering $4,000 toward Buyer's Closing Costs. And Cleveland County has an excellent down payment assistance program (estimated 6.6% rate for an FHA loan). The assistance is 3.5% (based on the loan, not the sales price) and basically covers your down payment.
