Oklahoma City has a down payment assistance program utilitized through two non-profits, Neighborhood Housing Services and Community Action Agency. You can get up to $18,000 in down payment and closing costs assistance AND potentially $5,000 toward's purchasing the interest rate down.

2 people = $62,550
3 people = $70,350
4 people = $78,150
5 people = $84,450
6 people = $90,700
7 people = $96,950
8 people = $103,200

This is a great first-time home buyer opportunity in Moore! Seller's are offering $4,000 toward Buyer's Closing Costs. And Cleveland County has an excellent down payment assistance program (estimated 6.6% rate for an FHA loan). The assistance is 3.5% (based on the loan, not the sales price) and basically covers your down payment.
