Here’s How the Process Works** 🏡
If you currently have a rent-to-own agreement on your property and are considering selling, it’s important to understand that the process involves **both sides of the transaction** — the entity that holds title (such as an LLC) and the current tenant/buyer.
The first step is reviewing the existing rent-to-own agreement, ownership structure, and terms of the contract. Since the property may be owned by an LLC or another legal entity, the sale may involve transferring the ownership interest, assigning the agreement, or structuring the transaction in a way that protects all parties involved.

The current tenant/buyer is also an important part of the process because they have existing rights and obligations under the rent-to-own agreement. Their participation and understanding of the transaction may be required depending on the terms of the agreement.
