If you’re buying a house right now, I recommend opting for a licensed plumber do any plumbing scopes instead of the home inspector. There are many great home inspectors out there but oftentimes, if you pay for an inspector to take a look and they find issues, more than likely you’ll also end up having to pay a plumber to do the same thing.

Go straight to the source for a proper and accurate diagnosis!

This is one of the many tips I give my clients to help them save money and a more accurate opinion of the home they’re buying.
