Let’s talk about how an agent out of state can still be very much involved in your real estate needs. All we need to do is work together! This agent lives in Georgia and her parents live here, someone wanted to buy their house but neither party has Oklahoma representation. No problem, we got you! 🤗 in just a few days, we have an offer written and agreed upon terms. We love helping other agents that aren’t in our state but have loved ones here in Oklahoma. We also know that if our loved ones have to leave Oklahoma, we have a pool of out of state agents that we can trust. Congrats on another home under contract, Kalyn! 🌸

I have been asked some things over the last few months about what all I am involved in with Oklahoma real estate so here is a run down ✨

⚡️I sell homes in Oklahoma City+ surrounding metro areas. If you have a referral that is over 60 miles away or out of state, I can absolutely find a realtor to help you and still help represent you along the way.
⚡️I am happy to list small affordable homes just as much as I’m happy to list luxury homes. I’m happy to help buyers on a smaller budget just as much as I’m happy to help buyers with a larger budget. Real estate is fun to me so I take any client anytime. No I’m not too busy to take on more clients, which leads me to my next point.

2023 Color of the Year has me wanting allllll the peachy salmon tones in any design I have a part in, in the months to come. Sherwin Williams has not disappointed with their color this year. Who will be using this color?? Who hates it?? What do y’all think!?
