I’m not just selling houses. ❤️

I’m helping someone buy their very first home.

I’m helping a growing family find a little more space.

I’m helping a couple downsize into the home they’ll enjoy for retirement.

I’m helping grandparents find the backyard where memories will be made and grandkids will spend summer afternoons.

I’m helping someone close one chapter and begin another.

Because at the end of the day, real estate has never been about bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage for me.

It’s about the life that happens inside those walls.

There is a lot of noise out there when it comes to buying a home.

So here are 5 things I’d never do when buying a house in today’s market:

1. Wait for the “perfect” interest rate.
Nobody knows exactly where rates are headed, and waiting can sometimes cost more than acting.
2. Skip the inspection.
Even beautiful homes can have expensive surprises.
3. Shop for a home before talking to a lender.
Knowing your budget first makes everything less stressful.
4. Choose a house based only on the photos.
Some homes look better online. Some look much better in person.
5. Buy a house without considering the neighborhood.
You can change paint colors. You can’t change the location.

The truth is, every market has opportunities if you know how to navigate it.
