My heart goes out to anyone who has loss or damages from last night’s storms. Oklahoma has some crazy weather for sure.

Please reach out to me or other real estate professionals you know to get a solid roofing referral. There are too many out-of-state opportunists running around trapping unsuspecting homeowners into roofing contracts by tarring your roof.

Use someone local & someone that your insurance agent or real estate professional has vetted and knows will do quality & ethical work.

Multiple tornadoes around the OKC metro and surrounding areas. What an awful start to November 😔

If a restoration contractor requires you to sign a contract for emergency services like tarping and boarding up windows, make sure it includes only that and not an agreement that traps you into using them for the entire claim. There are companies that will come into these neighborhoods and offer to help covering your houses but they don't tell you the paperwork is actually a contract for them to complete repairs for the entire insurance claim.

Real estate is all about hurrying up to wait. 😂😂

We rush to get that offer in before “the other people” do & then we sit around and wait (sometimes as much as 24 hours!!!) for a response. That time for the buyer & their agent can feel like an eternity.

Well this is a first…showing a vacant home (been vacant for awhile and completely remodeled inside) and go outside to see the backyard only to find this growing. Wow!

What would you do? Put an offer on the house or pass?

The FED just cut interest rates another 50 basis points today! They are also poised to make another cut in December of at least 75 basis points too! Now is the time to shop for homes, before interests rates drop the the level where we start seeing outrageous bidding wars again!
