Every closing has a story and this one meant a lot to me! Grateful for the opportunity and thankful for my buyers putting their trust in me to keep their best interest as my priority throughout this process! My buyer immediately fell in love with this home when we visited, prompting me to put an offer in on his behalf not even 30 minutes after showing! The seller wanted someone who would love and respect the home as much as she did and she found it! Congrats on your new home my friend, can’t wait to come over once you are all settled in!
