Happy Good Friday Eve 🤍✨!

Good Friday is tomorrow and I’m choosing to slow all the way down.
Tomorrow is about family, protecting my peace, and pouring back into my health mentally, physically, and spiritually.
No rushing. No overworking. Just being present.

In real life… when was the last time you truly paused and reset? If you're thinking a month or more, then you SERIOUSLY need to reset ASAP! Every 30days you should take 1-2 days off to detach from work, and take 1-3 days(an extended weekend)off every 90days. In reality, no one is making time to recharge and we wonder why we experience burnout😬😓. Now friends I'm saying this gently but still aggressively because I need to hear it too.. I need you to put yourself 🫵🏿 on that calendar, prepare the others so they know you're leaving and go RESET.

Affirming over myself (and you too):
✨ I deserve rest
✨ I am aligned and at peace
✨ My health and wellness come first
✨ Everything I need is already working in my favor
