I never get tired of the excitement that comes with helping someone buy their very first home.

There’s something special about walking alongside them through all the questions, nerves, excitement, and eventually handing them the keys.

It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers and transactions, but weeks like this remind me what those numbers actually represent.

A busy closing day and a pretty good picture of what we do. 🏡🔨📈

First, congratulations to Mike and Starla! We closed on the sale of their beautiful home, and now they’re getting ready for the next chapter, building their new construction forever home. This was one of those transactions you love to be a part of. Everything went incredibly smooth, our sellers were happy, the buyers were happy, and both sides worked together to get it across the finish line. Excited for what’s next for Mike and Starla!

Second, we officially closed on another new construction home we built with . Always rewarding to see a project go from an idea, through construction, to a finished home and finally the closing table. 🔨🏡

And last, pre-signing with and .homes on a property they brought me that I purchased as another investment rental for my portfolio. This one is especially cool because Brad was one of the people who taught me how to cold call when I first got into real estate. Pretty full-circle that years later I’m now able to buy investment properties with Brad representing me as my agent. Grateful for the relationship and excited to keep building the portfolio. 🙌

It’s been an extremely busy week and month, but I’m grateful for a great team and everything we’re continuing to build.
