Wait… I thought I could only use my VA loan once.”
I hear this often.
Many veterans were told years ago that once they used their VA loan benefit, it was gone.
Because of that, some never explore buying another home, and others save the benefit for “someday.”
The truth is, MOST veterans may be able to use their VA loan benefit more than once! I see veterans that have purchased several homes and used their benefit over and over.
If you’re a veteran and you’re not sure what your options are, don’t assume you can’t use it. A quick conversation could open doors you didn’t know were available….literally.
