After successful careers in the tech industry, Patricia became a Realtor in 2003 and Rick joined her in 2006. When asked what type of clients they prefer to work with Patricia said:
“We’ve been fortunate to sell a number of high end houses, many of those in Edmond, but one of our favorite types of client is a first time buyer. What great reward it is to guide a client through one of the
largest financial transactions they will ever make. Additionally, we have a great love for the timeless beauty of homes built in the early days of our statehood so we’re thrilled any time we get to sell a historic home." In 2008 Patricia and Rick began running half and full marathons with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training, the leader in endurance sports training for charity. TNT has provided research grants for advancing cancer therapies such as imaginic, bortezomib and ibrutinib which take aim at cancer cells, and destroy them. Their work with LLS and TNT lead them, along with a group of other TNT Alumni, to create Run Lucky 5K and Mission Mile Fun Run. The St Patrick’s Day themed family-fun event has quickly become one of OKC’s largest running events. Through TNT and Run Lucky, they have helped to raise over $250,000 for cancer research so when they say, “Will Run for Money,” they really mean it! When not selling a house or running a marathon, they both enjoy helping to build homes through Habitat for Humanity and are active members of AMBUCS, a civic organization dedicated to creating independence for people with disabilities. Rick is also a part-time Rock Star and enjoys playing in several bands in OKC. They have a personal philosophy to learn something new every day and to give something back every day. Passionate, committed and FUN are three words that would describe Patricia and Rick.
