Closing day for these two cuties!
Madison gave us a call when their landlord alerted them to the fact that they would need to move out at the end of their lease which was a month away!!
So we got busy. Touring many many many many houses as you guys know the inventory is stacked high right now. These two were absolute troopers and we found their perfect first home and closed with eight days to spare. If you are contemplating home ownership but not sure where to start hit us up! We got you!

We closed on this cutie for our Sellers yesterday. Will and his wife Dani and I worked together in a past life and when Will’s mom passed away and he and his siblings were ready to begin the process of selling her home Dani reached out.
We were honored to help during this time and were able to get the home sold quickly and easily as Will had come up from Texas to do the homework list and get the house ready for the market. Thank you and you family so much for trusting us with your mother’s home. 💖

So back to the story from earlier, we get to closing number two for the day! We were referred to Rion and Catherine by our friends and past clients Arielle and Bryan to help them find a new home and also sell their current home. We went to our initial meeting to tour their current home and got to meet the family. They have the most adorable three boys who were amazing helpers and their three year-old was my assistant during showings. He was so proud helping turn lights off! Anyway, I digress we started looking for properties and as you guys have heard me say before there’s a lot to choose from, but not a lot of great options. The scenario was no different. We needed a true 4 bedrooms plus an Office. For the square footage needed with three growing boys and budget we knew most likely quality new construction would be out. So we focused our search on well-maintained older homes in the northwest Oklahoma City area close to Catherine’s job.

Fast forward through lots of interesting houses and smells we found the one! So we worked hard as you know from the other story and got their house under contract immediately! We knew from how meticulous the seller was on their new house we would most likely not run into many if any problems. Inspections went well. TRR went well. Appraisal went well and today we closed them on their new dream home.

Today we have the honor of helping the sweetest family sell their first home. When you walk into a house as a realtor, you know immediately if it’s gonna sell…. Ya’ll this house was gonna sell, and it was gonna sell fast!! Well what’s the problem you ask? Their buy side.

While their current home was gonna sell like a hot cake the home we were looking to find for them was a much larger ask. We knew we had a tall order and the choices were limited. Rather, the good choices were limited. So in these cases, we strategize differently when to list the property. We never want our clients homeless!! In their case, we kind of did a reverseo switcho and looked at houses before listing.

Found THE house and got a contingency offer accepted. We already had marketing done and ready to go live on their current home. The very first showing we got an offer. We had two showings that day and both were sending offers. Needless to say everything went smoothly because they had done all of their homework prior to listing their home and we were able to get to the closing table with no problems.

Shout out to Erin Phillips for bringing the adorable new family and for our crew at Chicago Title for always making it a breeze!!

Yesterday we were absolutely thrilled to see this darling couple close on their VERY FIRST HOME!! These two came to us from a past client referral and talk about fun! We had so much fun working together.
