✨ The past week in real estate was nothing short of magical ✨

I had the honor of showing appreciation for the OKCMAR Board at . Uplifting fearless leaders who generously give their time, energy, and knowledge to serve our real estate community.

⛳️ I also got to attend the annual golf tournament, where funds raised go directly toward supporting the unhoused — such an amazing cause to be a part of.

🏡 In between it all, I stayed on the grind — checking on my listings, negotiating wins for my buyers, showing homes, closed on a lease, and creating content along the way.

🇺🇸 And of course, I made sure to pause, reflect, and rest for the holiday. Balance matters.

💻 I’ve been leaning into new systems and AI tools to work more efficiently — and it’s already making a difference! What used to be a 2-week turnaround is now closer to 1 🙌 So if you reached out last week, a response is coming your way soon!

Let’s start doing these biweekly check ins because life is BUSY! Nothing but WINS so far in 2026 🙌🏽 real estate:

I attended an amazing training event hosted by our Real Estate Commission , such a great space for learning, growth, and sharpening our skills. I am always focused on getting better, not just busier!!

We had a couple of successful board meetings with and , plus several committee meetings in between, because doing the work behind the scenes to keep our industry strong and moving forward is always the goal.

I also attended a great town hall hosted by Councilman Camal Pennington , where the Assistant City Manager shared exciting updates and insight on the 2028 Olympics involvement in OKC! There are big things ahead for our city 🏅and I am so excited.

I was honored to be apart of a powerful Fair Housing conversation at OETA , centered around eviction. Grateful to be welcomed by an organization that’s been serving our community through television for so many years 📺

Shaques and I spent a full week with an investor friend/client from California, and when I say we toured just about every duplex on the market, I mean it 😅!! We broke down all the great opportunities OKC has to offer, and they were beyond impressed.

At A Home Awaits .rpm , we truly are a one-stop shop for everything real estate investing. This includes finding deals, analyzing opportunities, and helping investors move with confidence. And yes… Hank’s Soul Food helped to seal the deal 😋

I wrapped it all up by sitting down with our Mayor, David Holt. Who continues to amaze and inspire by his intentional leadership and vision for thoughtful growth in our city 🏙️

All in all… it’s been a win!🏆

March tried … but I got it 💅🏽🏡

Touched back down from an MLS Tech Conference in Arizona and didn’t miss a beat. Came straight home to a STACKED calendar—because our clients were outside, ready to buy and ready to build.

Shoutout to for keeping us moving nonstop with builder meetings. We kicked things off checking on one of our builds that’s 30 days from the finish line - 1618 NE 16th 2bed/2bath - watching dreams turn into door keys never gets old 🔑✨

Then we slid south to the Sanabria neighborhood, linking up with Kimberly at Brookfield Homes, who’s selling beautiful homes and real quality on the south west of OKC. From there, we rolled into Harbor Homes’ stunning Norman office, connecting with Necole—top‑tier professional, every time.
We also tapped in with 1st Oklahoma Homes, and listen… when outdoor kitchens and walk‑in storm shelters come STANDARD, that’s how you know they’re not playing 😮‍🔥
We even caught some real baddies—and yes, I’m talking homes 👀🔥—in Edmond and on the south side, cruising with our bougie out‑of‑town client who knows quality when they see it.

Double‑backed to Brookfield Homes’ Broker Open, planting seeds and building relationships for what’s next. Somewhere in the mix—there were a few selfies, an open house at my listing, and pure momentum.
We wrapped the month firing on all cylinders with our Investor Open, alongside one of our favorite lenders Shiva Vasudevan . Energy was high, Shaques was locked in, and we cruised right out of Q1 so smooth 🚗💨

Busy? Yes.
Booked? Absolutely.
Blessed? No question.

I love what I do—and March said, “keep going.” ❤️‍🔥

Clariety Conference | Tucson, AZ ✨

One of my favorite conferences to attend—and for good reason. Learning what’s next in tech and how innovation is shaping the future of real estate couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.

I’m inspired by the way continues to push forward and succeed in the midst of constant change. truly champions growth, makes room for discovery, and isn’t afraid to move with the industry as it evolves.

This trip gave us time to work, learn, and grow together—and I’m forever grateful to have a front‑row seat to it all.

(And yes… I even squeezed in a quiet moment by the pool ☀️)

To round out the experience, we visited two amazing associations in Phoenix and were reminded just how privileged we are to be led by a CEO Samuel Aubrey who is highly esteemed across the real estate industry. His leadership was timely, visionary, and exactly what’s needed for a changing landscape.

But the true highlight of my trip came just before heading to the airport. I met a beautiful soul who served me breakfast and reminded me why progress matters. She shared how her adult life began in Lawton, Oklahoma while her husband attended officer school. When he was sent off to war, she remained behind with two babies. She’s worked at this hotel for 40 years, witnessing ownership changes and transformation through every chapter.

Ending Women’s History Month, I was reminded how far we’ve come—and how women like her paved the way for me to do what I do today.

Grateful. Grounded. Inspired.
