🤷🏻‍♂️WINNING AND LOSING BUSINESS 🤷🏻‍♂️

🙌🏼 HONESTY IS ALWAYS THE BEST 🙌🏼

I had to copy this post I saw in a realtor group and I’ve been saying this for years, especially when I interview with sellers for the first time to list their home to sell.

I’m going to be honest — I’ve lost some potential sellers when I tell them I’m not going to just tell them what they want to hear or what other realtors have told them.

But, I’ve gained more 📈business by being completely honest with them as well as sellers who passed on using me and used another agent only to end up coming back to me and using me when their home sat on the market 6-12 months.

So MY moral of the story is that I’ll always be honest with you and tell you what you NEED to hear as opposed to what you WANT to hear — and this works in life as well with my family, friends, colleagues, students, etc.
