By now most of you have heard the news about the NAR settlement. The real estate industry is always changing and I want to reassure you that we will adapt to whatever serves our clients the best. I won’t go into too many details on it here.

However, I want to point out that the main thing really changing is the way we display the real estate commission 🔥🔥 It will stay OFF the mls starting in July.

This give us realtors the opportunity to better communicate and explain to our clients all aspects of our jobs, and what we bring to the table.
