Dear Residents, We are currently preparing our pools for the upcoming summer season, although our efforts have been hindered by several incidents of unauthorized access by teenage residents, resulting in litter and damage to our pumps requiring repairs by our maintenance team. Please take a moment to review our pool policies with your children, as such behavior is causing unnecessary delays in our preparations.
Our pools will be open from mid May to late August.

Anyone accessing the pool unauthorized will be subject to lease violation.
