I couldn’t be more happy for my Sellers on this one! It was not an easy file! I won’t share all the particulars but we had a seller that could not participate, a power of attorney and a change in power of attorney and lots of unknowns! I was able to make sure this was a smooth and stress free quick transaction by 1. Opening title before we ever listed so we had no surprises 2. educating my sellers on exactly what we needed to do before going live on the market 3. Pricing strategically to insure heavy traffic and multiple offer to choose the one that best fit their needs (which isn’t always the highest price). Because I knew what the ultimate goal was and could design a plan specifically for that goal, we got it done…in 7 days!

I could not be more happy for my sellers! We all thought the market had shifted but that is only true if you do not know how to market a home! 48 hr on the market, 25 showings and 6 offers! I made sure we positioned ourselves to get the best offers available. That means my sellers now get to sit back stress free with an above ask offer, cash, with little uncertainty. Nothing is risk free, but when you position yourself with the right marketing you mitigate the risk and allow yourself to maximize your profits!

It was a great day for a special closing today. One of the biggest motivating factors of me moving back home was that I wanted to be able to be a part of my family and friends huge steps in Real Estate.
