Sold in Nichols Hills | $50K over Asking | But there is So Much More To It
In February, I got a call from the father of a past client, he wanted to chat about combining households with his daughter. I've worked with his daughter multiple times, in some really tough situations and he was always there in the background ready to help his family no matter what that meant, (I actually get emotional thinking about it, I've had that type of support in the past and there is nothing greater to know you have it).
Sitting down with them, they explained their dream, I happened to know of a builder that had exactly what they were looking for, so he said what are we waiting for, lets go take a look today. We went to look that day and bought it almost on the spot.
This meant we needed to make a daunting task as seamless as possible. Structuring financing, listing not one but 2 homes, 2 moves, a lifetime of packing and much, much more.
We prepped and sold his daughters home first, then on to prepping this Nichols Hills home for its offering, after 30+ years in this charming home, it was quite the task. As a team, we got it ready, working quickly to move, declutter, paint, stage, repair and market.
In just 2 days, over a holiday weekend, we had endless showings, a packed open house, multiple offers and sold it $50K over asking, as-is and closed in 10 days.
Now everyone is settled together in their new home, and I never forget working with Bob & Lisa to make their dreams come true.
My career allows me a look into the lives of so many different and remarkable people, the peaks and valleys of their lives. Walking through it with them to help them achieve their dreams is the most rewarding part.
