Our pest control services for units 125-148 and 225-248 as well as Chardonnay 3017 addresses has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning, Friday May 31, 2019. Our Security company will be accompanying pest control and examining the alarm system at that time in order to determine how many are in need of replacement.

As we remember the 24 lives lost on this day in 2013, we again face severe weather challenges.
In the event our residents should need to take shelter, all residents are welcome to go to the basement of our sister property, The Chardonnay, located at the corner of North Lee Ave and NW 30th. The basement entrance is down the green stairs located inside the courtyard of the Chardonnay. Please ensure all small pets are secured in a carrier and all dogs are leashed. Please prepare to shelter by ensuring you have a bottle of water, a flashlight, and any necessary medications with you.

I’ve received reports of some suspicious activity in the courtyard. The suspect was described as medium height and build, large ears, and had a unique gait as they moved about the area. An artist’s rendering of the suspect is attached in comments. Please be alert and enjoy your weekend!
