Selling (or thinking about selling) in Yukon, Edmond, Oklahoma City, or Blanchard?

Here are 5 things to know before you list if you want top dollar and a smoother sale:

1️⃣ Removing a bedroom for “extra” space. Open layouts feel nice, but fewer bedrooms mean fewer interested buyers.

2️⃣ Low-quality lighting choices. Outdated or cheap fixtures can drag down the perceived value of the entire home.

3️⃣ Covering original hardwoods. Real wood floors are a premium feature. Hiding them often backfires.

4️⃣ Garage conversions. Extra living space sounds great, but losing a garage turns many buyers away.

5️⃣ Deferred maintenance. Peeling paint, worn roofs, or small repairs send a message: bigger problems may exist.
