What a transaction! We were in contract twice,
Multiple offers the second time with backup offers waiting. I had the privilege of originally selling this to the sweetest couple. Then, a call back to sell it years later so they could purchase a bigger property. All parties in this transaction were great to work with!

So happy for the Sellers. This one was more about taking the time to bring it to market.
Getting an estate sale finished up, finishing up a probate, preparing the home for market, and starting early title work. Sometimes it's more about guiding Buyers and Sellers through the steps when it seems overwhelming to them.
