So everything doesn't always go as planned! I want to brag on my co agent, Laurell Lindholm, a bit.

I received a call from a sweet past client. She had a friend that desperately needed sell her home.
I hooked her up with an investor that was able to meet the sellers request on numbers and timelines. Sometimes it's more about helping guide people through the transaction that might be in distressed situations. This really is a great off market property. So blessed to be able to meet a new client and help get this under contract.

What a transaction! We were in contract twice,
Multiple offers the second time with backup offers waiting. I had the privilege of originally selling this to the sweetest couple. Then, a call back to sell it years later so they could purchase a bigger property. All parties in this transaction were great to work with!
