Honestly? If life says it’s time to move, upgrade, downsize, start over, build new, buy the lake house, survive the divorce, or finally get the keys to your dream home… then it’s time. Period.

I specialize in lake homes, divorces, and new builds — but if it involves real estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I can handle it all. My degree is in marketing, which means I don’t just list homes… I know how to SELL them.

Yes, I wear a lot of hats.
Yes, I work multiple full-time jobs.
And yes… I still hustle hard for every client. 😏

Realtor Reality Check 🏡

It still blows my mind when agents get their panties in a twist because a seller doesn’t want to pay the buyer’s agent commission.

Let’s talk about the new reality of real estate…

A listing agent is hired by the seller.
A buyer’s agent is hired by the buyer.

Pretty simple concept, right? 🤷‍♀️

Sellers are already paying their listing agent — and many spent years working hard, building equity, fixing up their home, and preparing for their next move. Some don’t even have as much equity as people assume.

On the flip side… buyers are preparing for down payments, closing costs, and the responsibilities of homeownership.

If you want professional representation to help you find the right home, negotiate, and guide you through the process — that value deserves to be discussed up front.

Yes, sometimes sellers offer compensation.
Yes, sometimes buyers negotiate it into the offer.

But acting shocked that it’s a conversation now? Welcome to the new world of real estate.

Your value as an agent is your value.
Explain it. Stand behind it. Get paid for it.

And maybe… stop expecting sellers to automatically foot the bill for everyone. 😉
