Keller Williams Summit is entering an exciting new era. After 40+ years serving the OKC metro, we’re rebranding, growing, and looking for the leader who will take us from 100 to 150+ agents and beyond.
If you’re a natural connector who lights up a room, knows how to recruit top talent, and genuinely loves helping people grow their businesses — this could be your next big move.
What you’ll do:
✅ Recruit and build relationships with top-producing and rising agents across the metro
✅ Lead retention efforts so our current agents stay, grow, and thrive
✅ Champion a bold rebrand and shape the culture of a legacy office
✅ Report directly to the Operating Principal, backed by a dedicated MCA and Broker
Real estate experience is a plus — but what we really want is someone with the drive, people skills, and leadership to build something big.
