An iconic piece of local history is getting a fresh look. 🎨

One of our favorite parts of the process is seeing how the old and new begin to come together. This week, we're testing paint colors on the preserved bell tower and getting a glimpse of how this landmark will be reintroduced into the community.

Not every day on a development site involves heavy equipment and construction schedules. Sometimes it's standing back, comparing paint samples and debating which option feels just right.

Now comes the important question: which color gets your vote? 🔔

Inspired by the timeless architectural details found throughout some of the most iconic historic neighborhoods, the custom cast metal walkway emblems at Lexford Park were designed to create a sense of character and permanence from the very beginning.

Rather than temporary or purely decorative signage, these foundry-cast plaques become part of the streetscape itself, thoughtfully embedded throughout the walkways as a lasting detail woven into the neighborhood’s identity.

We visited the A.R.K. Ramos foundry in Oklahoma City to see the process firsthand. One of the few remaining foundries in the country still producing true architectural cast plaques, A.R.K. Ramos continues a level of craftsmanship that has become increasingly rare.

From mold making and molten metal pours to the finishing process, every emblem is carefully crafted with remarkable precision and artistry.
