Not pictured today is my buyer, whose dog of 15 years passed away this morning, so it is just me in the closing photo.

Jessica and her precious family were referred to me in December of last year. Her mom is one of my favorite neighbors. We’ve been looking for the right space for them since January of this year, and they’ve been on the hunt for over a year and a half.

We had a contract that fell through earlier this year and it was very disheartening as anyone who has been in that position knows. Fast forward to July, we found just the right spot and we had to move fast because we knew it would be a popular home.
