Our date isn't until 10/22.

Bulk items set out more than 3 days early may be
fined up to $500. 4 cubic yards no charge. $13.86
each cubic yard over 4.

Assessment Dues are coming due. There is no penalty for paying early or on time. October 1 will be here before we know it.

3 WAYS TO PAY, YOUR DUES TODAY!

1) Pay by Debit/Credit Card for a small fee by Emailing us a square pay invoice request to: [email protected]

2) Mail check or money order to: CPPOA, PO Box 15772, Del City, OK. 73155-5772 for the cost of postage and envelope.

3) Porch/Lock Box Drop at Treasurer's home. Email Donna @ [email protected] for exact location. Free of charge. Box is checked daily, stays locked, and is under serveillance.

Some of you may have noticed the front entrance has changed for the better. With much limited funds, our Board has been working in between rain storms on this "Beautification Project" at SE 87TH & Sooner Road. Out with the Old Flower Beds, and In with the New.
***Stay tuned for a few more improvements. We had a small hiccup with the watering system after the last big storm fried the control box. Once that is replaced, and we can water again...you should be able to watch the new plants grow.

All in a day’s work. Some of you may have already noticed the hard work that has happened at our front entrance (SE 87TH and Sooner Road). After OGE butchered our Bradford Pear trees on Sooner Road last year to get them off the power lines... our board was faced with the challenge of collecting quotes to finish the job to make that section safer and more appealing (on a very small non-profit budget). A HUGE thank you goes out to City Wide Trees and Home Services LLC for coming to our rescue. They also helped get our overgrown flower beds cleaned out for us so we can update the beds with items that do not require as much maintenance. Stay tuned for the completion of our Beautification Project.

****The first two trees on the SE corner of SE 85TH and Sooner do NOT belong to Cambridge Park. But we are aware of the obstruction of view on that corner and are working diligently with the city to try and get someone out there to get that resolved ASAP.
