Just recently and all within 8 days of each other, we SOLD 3 of our flips to 3 new owners. All the owners were so excited. We love buying fixer-uppers, making them pretty and turning them into homes.

We sure do buy them rough and then we make them PRETTY!!! Please know that house isn't actually freakin' bright blue. It's actually toned down in real life.

Did a soft remodel on this house in S. OKC. Not sure where the before pics went....oh well. Home sold to nice 1st time homebuyers. Home had a boat left behind, a bathroom with no floor, needed HVAC and more.

Bought this fixer upper Log home at a Sherriff's Sale.....cleaned her up, did some remodeling, fencing on the 1.6+ acres, made a gravel circle drive and SOLD it to a First Time Homebuyer who was so happy and excited! Came with a couple of cars too.....haha. We can handle abandoned cars also.

We even buy big houses on acreages. This 3400 s.f. Mustang home on 6.5 acres with pool and pool house needs the 1984 style to be brought up to today's style.

Some before and after of a recent project. House was neglected to say the least. Paid for the Probate, did Cash for Keys to get the squatter out, treated for the termites and gutted the house, new roof, windows, opened up the two living rooms/kitchen, windows, flooring, electrical, hvac, texture, baseboards/casing, all new bathroom (x3), new kitchen, garage doors and more.
