🏙️ Is Oklahoma City dreaming big…or too big?

The proposed Legends Tower is still alive, but according to new reports, the biggest hurdle may no longer be FAA approval.

The real question now is: Will there be enough demand to fill it?

If built, Legends Tower would completely transform Oklahoma City’s skyline and put OKC on the national stage in a way we’ve never seen before.

Some see it as a bold investment in Oklahoma City’s future. Others question whether the market is ready for a project this massive.

Either way, this conversation says a lot about how far Oklahoma City has come.

What do YOU think?

🏗️ Visionary project?
📈 Sign of OKC’s growth?
🤔 Or too ambitious for today’s market?

🏟️🎨 OKC just unveiled one of the coolest hidden features coming to the new $1.2 BILLION arena… and it’s not what you’d expect.

The new terrazzo floor design, called ‘One Voice. One OKC,’ was created by local artist Matt Goad, the same artist behind the beautiful floors inside the expanded sections of Will Rogers World Airport.

The artwork symbolizes:

🗣️ The energy of a crowd

🏀 The anticipation before a game

🎶 Thousands of voices moving as one

The future home of the Thunder is expected to open in 2028, and this artistic touch may become one of the arena’s most recognizable features.

💬 Would you rather see local art incorporated into projects like this, or should those funds be spent elsewhere?

Oklahoma is officially in a situationship with Buc-ee’s… and we’re all waiting for somebody to finally commit. 😂

🚨 Oklahoma… quit teasing us with Buc-ee’s already. 😂

Every few months, we get another update, another rumor, another ‘positive step forward’… and honestly, we’re emotionally invested at this point.

The latest news? A major infrastructure proposal near I-40 and Cimarron Road between Yukon and El Reno could be moving things closer to reality.

ODOT has reportedly pledged $15 million, the city could contribute another $10 million, and Buc-ee’s may potentially help close the remaining funding gap once operations begin.

Now before everyone loads up the car for brisket and Beaver Nuggets… this is NOT a done deal yet.

But it does feel like Oklahoma is inching one step closer.

So tell me…

👇 Are you team “Bring on Buc-ee’s!” or team “No thanks, that’s too much traffic”?

THIS MIGHT BE THE MOST DIVISIVE QUESTION IN OKLAHOMA RIGHT NOW.

What if Oklahoma homeowners never had to pay property taxes again?

A proposal known as State Question 843 would gradually eliminate property taxes on owner-occupied homes, eventually reducing them to zero by 2029. Before it can move forward, the Oklahoma Supreme Court must decide whether the initiative can legally proceed.

Supporters say:

Homeownership would become more affordable

Families could keep more of their money

Housing costs could become easier to manage

Opponents say:

Schools could lose major funding

Public services could be impacted

Counties and local governments could face significant budget shortfalls

This isn’t political—it’s a real estate question.

Would you vote:
YES – Eliminate property taxes
or
NO – Keep property taxes

Let’s hear it in the comments! 👇

Standing out gets attention. Strategy, negotiation, service, and results earn trust.

Most people think standing out is about getting attention.

It’s not.

Attention is easy.

Trust is hard.

Every day, consumers scroll past hundreds of agents saying the same things, posting the same graphics, making the same promises, and blending into a sea of sameness.

The truth?

People don’t remember average.

They remember how you made them feel.
They remember who solved their problems.
They remember who showed up when it mattered.

For the last 13 years, Troy and I have built our business on the belief that creativity matters, but creativity alone isn’t enough.

Knowledge matters.
Strategy matters.
Marketing matters.
Negotiation matters.
Service matters.

Being different gets you noticed.

Delivering results for more than 850 families is what gets you remembered.
