SPLASH PAD CLOSED

Sadly, the splash pad start/stop controller has been broken again. This time the whole controller needs to be replaced - it’s over $700 for the part. Part has been ordered and will be installed once received.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

If anyone know who the kids are in these photos, please let us know. They were caught using the splash pad as an obstacle course and punching the controller as the start/stop spot for their dirt bikes. This caused damage to the controller right before the holiday weekend! Thankfully we were able to get someone out to fix it so the fun wasn’t ruined for the 4th!

Dirt bikes are NOT to be operated on the splash pad or on neighborhood sidewalks.

There is dirt on the far west side of the property that can be used for riding. It is away from common areas and neighborhood back yards.

If you know who these kids are and where they live, please let us know so we can contact their parents. We need to keep our common areas safe for everyone to use and enjoy.

I know it doesn’t feel like it now with the cool weather but Happy Summer! Our splash pad will open beginning Friday, May 22nd. Hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm everyday. Please help keep our parks clean this summer and pick up all trash before leaving the park. If anyone would like to volunteer to help with the bathrooms and putting out trash on Sunday nights please send an email to [email protected]. All help is appreciated! Enjoy your summer!

We were working in the garage today and found this sweet baby hiding on a shelf. Can’t get close enough to determine male/female and no collar. If it’s yours let us know - they are safe and warm in our garage.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Just a heads up to be watching for the annual dues statement - they are being mailed out this week. Dues can be paid by mailing a check or online - however there is a fee for the online payment. Check your statement for more info!

Numerous improvements are underway around the ponds and playground. Erosion control measures, featuring rocks and sod, have been implemented, and a pleasant seating area has been created to enjoy the Pond. The north playground off Mustang Road has received a fresh layer of mulch, and a crew is working diligently to remove duckweed and algae from the Mustang ponds. The areas are looking great!!

Happy Summer!! The splash pad will be open Friday, May 23rd thru Monday, September 1st. Hours are 10:00 am - 8 p.m. Please be mindful of trash and help keep the bathrooms clean. If anyone would like to volunteer to help with putting the garbage bins out on Mondays just let us know. Your help is appreciated!
