Wonderful journey to Washington DC and Rice University with . Enjoyed Stephan Parker’s Road Kill Opera movie premier , visiting with Cindy and Senator Lankford , and our personalized bike tour of the monuments. Favorite is Thomas Jefferson Memorial due to its beauty , relative isolation, and his incredible views. Rice football was fun to experience.

Recently celebrated a wonderful week in our community with Dean A McAgee awards honoring Gary Brought old, Wiley Williams, Charlie Nicolas (posthumous), and Jane Jenkins; Plaza District Big Awards honoring Natalie Evans, Dylan Bradway, Amanda Martinez; and Rachel Cope; Dead Center Film Festival including premier of “People’s House” describing the $280M restoration of our State Capitol , and celebrating Allied Arts successfully raising $3.617M for 40 arts agencies. We live in a great community. 😀

Recently enjoyed a wonderful week in our community with Dean A McGee award winners Gary Brooks, Wiley Williams , Charlie Nicholas (posthumous), and Jane Jenkins ; Plaza District Big Award winners Natalie Evans , Dylan Bradway, Amanda Martinez, and Rachel Cope; Dead Center Film Festival including the premier of the People’s House about the $280M restoration of our State Capitol ; celebrating Allied Arts annual campaign success of raising $3.6M. We live in a great community. 😃

Proud of our $280M restoration of the Oklahoma State Capitol on time and on budget. Honored to have chaired the 2015 to 2022 successful 100% restoration since 1917 construction. Thrilled to have created a great friend with Trait Thompson , our awesome project manager. The plaque signifies that we are complete and as Lord Baden Powell (founder of Boy Scouts) tombstone reads “I have gone home” as we are complete. His last message was “Leave the world a little better than you found it” Wise advice.

Incredible 24 hours in okc with my friend and brother from another mother , Stephan Parker. A kind, very smart friend raised in Nashville and lives in Maryland for leads thoughtful research for the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). He cares about all communities. We enjoyed First National, Cattleman’s steak house in Stockyards , OKC philharmonic in Scissortail Park, and OKC National Memorial. We enjoyed long, thoughtful discussions. He loved and was impressed by our community.

A kind human raised in Nashville and lives Maryland who writes operas and provides thoughtful research for the National Academy of Sciences. Enjoyed celebrating the on time on budget $280M renovation of our Oklahoma State Capitol with the team including 3 governors. Proud of our success. Every inch of the Capitol renovated. Trait and I developed strong friendship during the 10 year process.

I love Allied Arts, lyric theater , our friends , and our tenants. Lyric’s “Play that goes Wrong” is incredibly funny. Thrilled Lyric is the anchor of the Plaza District , OKC.
