Pam Billings will be honored this weekend for her service to others at the Annual Lung Cancer Advocacy Summit in the nation's capital. Pam is the Property Manager at the Douglass and the Douglass Next Door, and is also a lung cancer survivor. Along with three other women, she created Oklahoma's only lung cancer survivor support group.

"We're so proud of Pam, and her selfless efforts," says Becky Sesock, Price Edwards Senior Vice President of the Multifamily division.

"We really rely on people like Pam," says Maureen Rigney, of the Lung Cancer Summit. "She's a true inspiration."

Spring Into Some Exercise at The Douglass!
Meet & Greet: May 4th, 10 am at The Douglass Event Room

Local fitness expert Tamara Berry believes in strengthening the body in its entirety: body, mind and spirit. She believes a workout should enhance each person’s uniqueness by helping them tap into their individual goals and abilities.

Tamara holds a Bachelor or Arts Degree fin Kinesiology-Exercise Fitness/Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is looking to share her love of pursuing a healthy mind and body with residents of Page Woodson Development. Are you willing to join her?

Tamara will be holding a meet and greet Saturday, May 4 at 10am in the event room at The Douglass. At the meeting Tamara will explain some of her favorite low-cost group classes that could be created for or hosted at The Douglass - everything from SilverSneakers classes for seniors to simple stretching to boot camp to Tai Chi.

Class times and days/evenings will be determined by the level of interest. Little or no equipment is required.
If you’re interested in looking at the different classes Tamera has to offer and how you may be able to participate, please join us for coffee and donuts (they are NOT off-limits entirely according to Tamara!) at 10am, Saturday May 4 to talk to Tamera and sign up.

There will be DOOR PRIZES too!
