A triplex. A VA loan. A smart investment 🇺🇸🏡

This was such a fun one. Most people don't realize an eligible veteran can use a VA loan to purchase a multifamily property, as long as they live in one of the units as their primary residence for at least one year.

In my 24 years as a Realtor, this is only the second time I've had the opportunity to help a veteran purchase a multifamily property this way. It's such an underused benefit, and I love helping my clients find opportunities to build long-term wealth.

Thank you, Akunne family, for trusting me again. I'm so excited for you and your investment! ❤

I first helped John and Ashley buy their home on Cactus Ct back in 2016. Now, 10 years later, they called me again to help them sell that home and find the perfect home to better fit their family's needs. That kind of trust means the world to me ❤

This move involved three back-to-back closings, and I really admired how they handled the stress of buying and selling at the same time. Even when an unexpected closing delay pushed all three closings back a few days, they stayed patient, flexible, and kept their eyes on the finish line.

I'm so excited for the Carter family and so thankful I got to be part of their story again. Welcome home!! 🏡

I am over-the-moon happy for Britta and Gina! Let’s be real… selling your home while buying a new one is super stressful. But look at us—we made it, and we had a lot of fun. Now the Azlin’s get to call this beauty home. Welcome home, friends!! Love y’all so much 🏡❤️

Sold listings increased across the Oklahoma City Metro area, showing buyers are still active in the market. At the same time, average days on market ticked up, giving some buyers a bit more time to make decisions than we've seen in recent months.
