A triplex. A VA loan. A smart investment 🇺🇸🏡

This was such a fun one. Most people don't realize an eligible veteran can use a VA loan to purchase a multifamily property, as long as they live in one of the units as their primary residence for at least one year.

In my 24 years as a Realtor, this is only the second time I've had the opportunity to help a veteran purchase a multifamily property this way. It's such an underused benefit, and I love helping my clients find opportunities to build long-term wealth.
