Let’s talk about YOUR needs, not just “the market.”

There’s a lot of noise around real estate right now. Interest rates, home prices, inventory, “Is it a good time to buy?” “Should I wait to sell?”

But the truth is, there isn’t one answer that fits everyone.

Right now, buyers have more homes to choose from and many sellers are offering concessions. At the same time, homes that are positioned and priced correctly are still selling.

The question isn’t just “How’s the market?”
It’s “What does this market mean for YOU?”

Maybe you need more space. Maybe you’re ready to downsize. Maybe you have a great interest rate and moving doesn’t make sense right now. Maybe you want to buy, but you’re nervous about the payment.

This was a unique one and a good reminder that every sale has a story behind it.
This family unexpectedly found themselves needing to sell and navigate a lot in a short amount of time. I’m grateful I was trusted to help make at least one piece of it a little easier.
