Hello All. My daughter is looking for someone to take over her apartment lease at Rendezvous Apartments in Edmond. The property is two minutes away from the University of Central Oklahoma campus.
The apartment is a 4 bedroom unit, and will be shared with 3 female roommates. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and comes furnished with full sized bed, desk & chair, and two dresser drawers. The apartment has all appliances, washer & dryer, and furnished living area.
New renter will take over her current lease which is $569 per month. The electric bill is the only utility and is split between the roommates.
