Staying home these days has it's challenges, but we need to optimize our indoor spaces with healthy air and stress relieving decor. Houseplants help with both!⠀

If you've got droopy & tired looking houseplants, give them a fighting chance for recovery with these steps:⠀
⠀
1. CLEAN: Check the plant for pests. Using water; gently wipe the leaves and remove the dust.⠀
⠀
2. TRIM/RE-POT: Give the plant a trim. Remove any dead leaves or branches. Since plants get most of their energy from leaves, you'll want to leave at least two-thirds. The plant may also benefit from repotting. Also, make sure there are drainage holes at the bottom, since sitting in water is bad for the plant and can kill it.⠀

3. LIGHT: Place in bright, indirect light.⠀
⠀
4. FERTILIZE: Use fertilizer...but not too much! ⠀
⠀
5. WATER: Water in moderation. A good rule of thumb is to water when the top 1 inch of soil is dry.⠀
