You should still have room in your budget to live, save, and handle unexpected repairs.

Don’t start looking at homes before getting pre-approved.

I know it’s exciting to scroll through listings and fall in love with a home, but getting pre-approved first gives you a huge advantage.

✅ You’ll know your budget.
✅ Sellers take your offer more seriously.
✅ You’ll be ready to move quickly when the right home hits the market.
✅ It helps avoid falling in love with a home that’s outside your price range.

The best homes don’t always stay on the market long. Being prepared can make all the difference.

And just like that… my Realtor senses started tingling. 💅🏼😂

Random Thought… but real question 👇

What if there was a space for agents where you didn’t have to pretend you knew everything?

No ego.
No gatekeeping.
No “just Google it” energy.

Just real conversations like:

• What do you actually say on your FIRST buyer call
• How do you help clients with low credit (for real, not textbook answers)
• What’s ACTUALLY working to get leads right now
• Breaking down real deals step-by-step

Because let’s be honest…

A lot of this industry is either:

👉 Overly polished
👉 Or made to look easier than it is

And newer agents?
