July brought noticeable movement across the MLSOK housing market, especially here in the OKC metro. 2,436 new listings came to market, a 20.8% increase, while the total number of homes available across the metro climbed 31.3%.

Buyers now have 3.8 months of inventory to choose from, while the median sales price across MLSOK held steady at $344,480. Homes averaged 45 days on market, and 2,306 sales closed across MLSOK, including 1,634 right here in the OKC metro.
