When we first saw this house, we loved the arch entry and the welcoming living room/kitchen. It just felt like a good family home but it had a few flaws. After careful consideration, multiple showings and some repair bids, we opted to make an offer significantly under list price but with terms that worked for the seller to make it worth accepting. In the end, a smooth transition and both buyer and seller are happy. And now it’s move in time for my buyers!
