Happy Maintenance Monday! 🛠️🍂

Fall is almost officially here, and a quick 30-second apartment check can help prevent bigger maintenance issues later. Test your heat, check faucets and sink for leaks, make sure your windows and doors are properly closed, and let our team know if you notice anything unusual.

A little preparation now can help keep your home warm and comfortable all season long! 🏡
