A busy weekend of watching my favorite football player 💛🏈🖤 I’m so proud of the work these boys are putting in!

Getting to watch our boy have the opportunity to play on the KU football field was pretty incredible.

And getting to bring my boys to the place where I went to college made it even more special. Driving them through campus brought back so many memories. I even got to show them Campanile — one of my favorite places I would escape to from the chaos to play the carillon that rings across campus. (they didn’t realize their mom was that cool! 😆)

Watching my son make his own memories here was definitely one of those full-circle moments I’ll hold onto forever. ❤️

I have a love/hate relationship with AI…

But THIS is one way I think it can be incredibly helpful in real estate.

I recently had clients considering a property with a LOT of potential—and a lot to take in. Sometimes it’s hard to see past dated finishes, old carpet, or simply everything that needs to be changed.

So we used AI to help visualize what the spaces could become. 🏡

And honestly? It was pretty amazing to see the transformation.

AI doesn’t replace the home, the work, the time, the investment—but sometimes it can help you see past what’s there today and recognize what could be to make it your own 🤍

That’s a side of AI I can definitely get behind.

We remember the lives lost.
We remember the families who were changed forever.
We remember the heroes who ran toward danger while others were running away.
We remember the first responders, the firefighters, the police officers, the military, and the countless ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.

September 11, 2001 changed our country.

Today, we pause to honor those we lost, those who served, those who sacrificed, and all the families who still carry that day with them.

25 years later, we remember.
We honor.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

May we always remember the strength, compassion, and unity that followed one of the darkest days in our nation’s history.
