Finding the right house is often a journey and this story was no different.

Our savvy buyers quickly realized that to truly get what they wanted, we needed to adjust the strategy, but not lower the standards.

We found a home that had been sitting on the market for a few months at a slightly higher price that needed some cosmetic love. Where others saw “work,” they saw potential.
