Two Successful closings this afternoon!

A BIG Thank-You to Security 1st (Sara and Heather) for always coming in clutch with these closings. This company makes closings easy for both buyers and sellers and I'm so happy to use them every chance we get!

A big CONGRATULATIONS to Alisha and Jeremy- and the girls, Kourtnie, Haylee and Klara! They just closed on their new home!

Working with Alisha and Jeremy was a true blessing. The moment we walked into this home- I knew it was the one. Everyone lit up and our search was done. To secure it was another stressful event- but we did it.

Thank you both, for sticking with me through it all. Looking at homes- missed out on one offer, looking at more homes, offer in and 3 days of waiting, inspections, roof replacement, appraisal not in, appraisers wife dies in the middle - RIP to his wife, appraisal finally in, Memorial day weekend, delay in closing, throw in multiple baseball/softball days during the weeks for our kids, regionals, end of school year, trying to buy a truck (yes I knew about that) then NFM... 🤣no power or water for cleaning--- it Sure Was Fun!
I'll miss the texts messages and the Good Morning Beautiful in the Group Chat, Jeremy! 🤣

I wish you and Jeremy the best and remember cut the man a break- that's a lot of estrogen under one roof.
