Earlier this month, over 200 real estate agents gathered at Heritage Ranch for an elevated showcase of exceptional homes, distinguished builders, and the lifestyle defining one of South Johnson County’s most exciting new-home communities. Now, we’re reliving the occasion through our official 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 event film.

Guests toured 11 beautiful model homes, connected with our builders and Sales Team, and experienced Model Row in remarkable style, with a sleek Aristocrat Motors vehicle showcased in front of every home.

The celebration was made even more memorable with delicious bites and treats from The Hungry Hatch, Estrella AZUL Mexican Cuisine, and Melt Box Ice Cream as we shared the homes, amenities, and community spirit that make Heritage Ranch such a special place to call home.
