2020 in Review.

So happy for our builder and for the family that just closed on this beautiful home! The amount of flexibility and grace that I have seen from our vendors, builders, and community over the last few weeks during these ever changing times has continued to amaze me every day.

Representing the builder on the sale and being able to witness and take part in the dedication that takes place to help a family that needs to move by a certain deadline makes closing day that much more special.

One thing I know for sure is that when you focus on the good, the good only gets better.

I don’t know about you, but, something I like to do to help take my mind off of things
is to get lost in home design & decor.

With things being the way they are right now our shop wanted to highlight and feature our neighbors in Park Place who are all very much still in business. Things just look a little differently than we are used to- with almost EVERYTHING being online.

I was able to sit down with the lovely owner of .home to dive into spring and summer trends, design inspiration, and how to connect with Monica for virtual home decor and design consultations!

We are thrilled to have Monica as our first guest in this series to a more Personalized Approach getting to know the businesses and owners in Park Place.

HUGE congratulations to my buyer clients who closed on their forever home today! With the news that hit over the weekend, one thing is for certain- "Together we are stronger".

I am so grateful that we have all embraced patience, change, and am so grateful for the technology that we have today which enables us to be able to adapt.

I am grateful for dedicated lenders, title companies, and most importantly clients who understand that we are all navigating through unchartered territories right now.

We are still here providing exceptional service, the method may look a little different than what we are used to, but the service is still as important as ever!
