2022 Soft Opening Dates are:
April Vacation

Saturday April 16th, 2022 thru Sunday April 24th, 2022 11am-8pm

We’ll be closed for maintenance during the dates of Monday April 25-Friday May 8.

We will open the following weekends
Saturday & Sunday May 7th & 8th from 11am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday May 14th & 15th from 11am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday May 21st & May 22nd From 11am-8pm

We will update again with the Summer Schedule as we approach Memorial Day!

I wrote this last year and thought, it’s worth saying again. ❤️🎄❤️

As the world fights to figure everything out, I’ll be holding doors for strangers, letting people cut in front of me in traffic, saying good morning, keeping babies entertained in grocery lines, stopping to talk to someone who is lonely, tipping generously, waving at police, sharing food, giving children a thumbs-up, being patient with sales clerks, smiling at passersby, and buying a stranger a cup of coffee.....

Why? Because I will not stand idly by and live in a world where love is invisible.

Join me in showing kindness, understanding, and judging less.

Be kind to a stranger, give grace to friends who are having a bad day, be forgiving with yourself - today and every day.

If you can’t find kindness, be kindness 😉

The almost finished 3.0 facelift of the carriage house garage apartment. We are still waiting for the new upper kitchen cabinets to come in to finish the improvements we had planned.

I couldn’t have gotten this done without my favorite contractor, Don Viger 💙

The new floor and tub surround in the bathroom came out better then I could have imagined. I love it! I hope our new tenants who are moving in today love it too.

Demo day!

3 plus years with our wonderful tenants/neighbors went by so fast. Now it’s time for some home improvement projects before we welcome our next couple to their new home.

It’s not all that we’d like to do, but with limited resources (aka $ lol) we will do the best we can to keep the carriage house garage apartment looking and feeling cozy and welcoming.
