Ample storage can be found throughout the apartment. Monthly rent of $2,495.00 ($623.75 each) INCLUDES heat, hot water, water/sewer, garbage, and off-street private parking for tenants. Please beware of Facebook housing schemes and fraud!! We were contacted today by someone looking for an apartment and were told that our pictures were being fraudulently used by someone else posing as the owner of one of our properties. We will never ask you to send us money online for application fees or deposits and our only contact number is the one listed here, on our Dudley Apartments page. We have taken all steps and have reported this to Facebook and the authorities. If you happen to see our ads being used fraudulently, please let us know!

At this time, we are fully rented for Leases through May, 2022! Thank you to everyone who got in touch with us about apartment rentals this year. It was great to meet so many new faces and we are looking forward to welcoming our new tenants in June!!
