All of our apartments are within 10 minutes of the University of Maine making them ideal for students or anyone wanting to be near the University. Bangor is a 15-minute drive. The apartments are all close to grocery stores, banking and other shopping and walking distance to downtown Old Town and bus stops. All rental rates include: heat, hot water, water/sewer, parking, garbage (either at the property or City pick up) all plowing, sanding, shoveling and mowing, 24-hour maintenance and local, attentive owners. Please beware of Facebook housing schemes and fraud!! We were contacted today by someone looking for an apartment and were told that our pictures were being fraudulently used by someone else posing as the owner of one of our properties. We will never ask you to send us money online for application fees or deposits and our only contact number is the one listed here, on our Dudley Apartments page. We have taken all steps and have reported this to Facebook and the authorities. If you happen to see our ads being used fraudulently, please let us know!
