If buyers are comparing your home to recently updated listings, small upgrades can help you stay competitive.
🔨There are obvious repair issues.
Leaky faucets, damaged flooring, peeling paint — minor fixes will prevent buyers from assuming there are bigger problems. Trust me on this.
🍽 Kitchens & bathrooms feel tired.
You don’t always need a full remodel. Fresh paint, updated hardware, lighting, or countertops can go a long way! Doesn't have to be a gut and overhaul.
💰 Most upgrades will bring a solid return, but not all.
